Flight 1923 is our first Straight Bourbon!
This was a unanimous pick due to the natural yet complex flavors and how easy it is to drink at 90 proof. This being our first entry coast to coast stretching from CA to GA, and CT it was very appropriate to honor the first ever transcontinental flight from Long Island NY to San Diego California on May 2–3, 1923.
Nose: Light bodied with hints of plum and pear.
Taste: Earth tones of wood, leather, sour plum. Sweet hints of caramel, pear, honey, and tannic.
